Jessica Sanchez in Manila concert next month

May join Jennifer Lopez, Enrique Iglesias in an October show.

All is set for the concert of Jessica Sanchez and the American Idol finalists on September 21 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao, Quezon City.
This developed as the Filipino-American singer was reported to be joining American-Mexican diva Jennifer Lopez and Spanish-Filipino international singer Enrique Iglesias in a concert in October.
The Jennifer Lopez show is reportedly set at the SM Convention Center at the Mall of Asia in Pasay City.
Jessica was reported to have said that she was preparing with great anticipation for the American Idol concert in Manila, which will also her first visit to the homeland of her mother, who hails from Bataan province.
It was gathered that she will have at least seven production numbers in the Manila concert, the last stop and the only one in Asia of the American Idol tour after going into 41 big cities in North America.
Jessica, who drew big support from Filipinos in the United States and all over the world during the American Idol finals, said she hope to meet her Filipino fans during their concert next month.
Jessica, meanwhile, has released her album which features her songs like “Stuttering” and Whitney Houston’s “I Will Always Love You” which earned for her plaudits from the American Idol judges Jennifer Lopez, Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler.
The Filipino-Mexican-American teenager was acclaimed for her soul-foul rendition of Jazmine Sullivan’s “Stuttering” in the American Idol  Season 11 finals.
She sang that song like it was her own and totally nailed it, according to reviews.
Judge Randy Jackson described Jessica’s performance as the “biggest fish of the night.” Jennifer Lopez added, “My favorite part in the middle is you started digging,” while Steven Tyler expressed, “Every time you sing, I forget where I am.”
Other songs in the Jessica album are Beyoncé Knowles ’Sweet Dreams, her duet with Joshua Ledet titled I Knew You Were Waiting For Me, plus Jessica’s anthemic finale song, Change Nothing.  Stuttering is also dubbed as Jessica’s concert single for the upcoming American Idol Tour.
Jessica Sanchez: American Idol Season 11 Highlights album is out now in CDs exclusively under MCA Music available at Astroplus and Odyssey Music & Video.
